Eating different kinds of foods, such as low glycaemic load foods, can lead to more weight loss per calorie than high glycaemic load foods. Most people notice an increase in energy and vitality once their blood sugar is under control.

Weight Loss Package

Monica provides a bespoke package of 8 hourly sessions to help you achieve your target weight. She will work with you on a weekly or fortnightly basis (your preference) to make simple changes to your diet, recommend manageable weekly exercises, use NLP to set goals and work with you to address any emotional issues you may have that are limiting your ability to lose weight.

Monica also works in partnership with a Personal Trainer if you wish to start or improve your exercise regime. Exercise in addition to dietary changes has the biggest impact in maintaining and achieving your target weight.

By the end of it you will have changed your diet to a healthy one that you enjoy and that will help you to lose or sustain weight depending on your goal.

Monica works with the low glycaemic load approach to weight loss, which has been shown in studies to be the most effective. She will share with you meal ideas and recipes so that you can stick to this new and healthy way of eating.

 

Weight Management Seminars

We provide weight management seminars that:

  • Advise on how to control blood sugar helping you, and your staff, to lose and sustain weight loss by eating healthy, wholesome foods
  • Recommend how to make exercise fun, exciting and engaging
  • Give valuable guidance on the immense value of goal setting

These seminars can be delivered during or after work, with the agreement of the employer.
